The project will establish a group of approximately 10-15 young people who will form an OSCE SMM Youth Contact Group in Kyiv. These students will participate in a three day workshop at the end of September during which they will develop a strategy for establishing dialogue with other young people in Government-controlled territories of Luhansk and Donetsk as well as facilitating dialogue opportunities in Kyiv and other parts of Ukraine.
