After these sessions, in the scope of working groups participants defined challenges and elaborate their recommendation on fostering cross-sectorial collaboration in the field of youth.
According to the recommendations of the working groups the following are amongst the principal challenges : lack of communication between stakeholders; information shortage in remote areas; lack of evidence based policies/programs; distribution of competences between stakeholders. Possible solutions to address the challenges: trainings, experts’ missions, workshops and roundtables, study tours, active engagement of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of Georgia as a facilitator (leading agency) for cross-sectorial cooperation.
