EPYRU to Participate in Eastern Partnership Youth Forum

  Key Experts of the EPYRU Evgeniia Petrivska and David Conway will participate in the Eastern Partnership Youth Forum to be held in Kaunas, Lithuania, on 22-25 October 2013.

EPYRU Training of Country Trainers - Minsk, 2-4 October 2013

  A successful EPYRU event was organised in Minsk, Belarus, on October 2nd-4th, at which Eastern Partnership  youth trainers participated in training on "Evidence- and Knowledge-Based Youth Policy". The event is one of a series in preparation for the National Workshops on Youth Policy to be organised next year throughout the Eastern Partnership countries by the EPYRU.

EPYRU Training of Country Trainers - Youth Participation: 11-13 September 2013

Working with trainers from each country of the Eastern Partnership, the EPYRU is running an intensive training session on the theme of youth participation in youth policy development. The outputs will contribute to the development of an agenda for national workshops on Youth Participation in each of the partnership countries, to be held during 2014.

EPYRU representatives attended the meetings and gave a presentation of the project to Steering Committee members.

Youth identified as key element for Belarus by President Lukashenko

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko deems it is necessary to implement three national projects to develop the state. The head of state made the statement as he delivered the State of the Nation Address on 19 April.

Azerbaijan's youth policy is directly formed with young people, Head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration's Social and Political Department Ali Hasanov said at a meeting of the Public Council on Youth Affairs operating under the Ministry of Youth and Sports today.
